HOSPICLEAN®&HOSPISERVE® >>

La Primera offers two high quality solutions for hospitals and clinics: the HOSPICLEAN® linen cleaning system and the HOSPISERVE® laundry maintenance services.

HOSPICLEAN®

La Primera will collect the dirty linen, decontaminated and clean them, iron them, and return them in a timely manner, according to the HOSPICLEAN® procedures and high standards. The billing is per kilogram of treated linen.

HOSPISERVE®

La Primera covers all laundry maintenance needs based on 45 years of experience in sourcing, installing, operating, and maintaining large and specialized laundry equipment and systems. All new projects or machinery purchase can benefit of up to 7 years of financing schemes.

Our solution(s) consist(s) of:
  • Feasibility studies based on capital available and geographical location and demographics.
  • Supply of drawings and supervise lay-out engineering.
  • Install machinery and perform training of personnel.
  • Offer comprehensive and specialized monthly preventive maintenance.
  • Offer on-call corrective maintenance due to sudden breakdowns, based on urgency of the situation: immediate response and finalization (2 hours) in case of show-stoppers, up to a maximum of 36/48 hours for minor issues.
  • Offer replacement laundry:In case of major equipment breakdown, generator breakdown, steam generator breakdown,etc., La Primera will handle the cleaning of part or all dirty linen according to the HOSPICLEAN® system to supplement partially or totally the laundry output of its client until the full capacity is restored.
